We're in a Strong Sellers Market!

Homes are selling fast in Colorado Springs. The average days on the market is 90 days, but that number is altered by the sale of many listings that have been on the market since last year and are finally selling. We're experiencing many multiple offer situations. I've personally listed 3 homes in the last 12 days and all have sold in less than 4 days at or above list price. It;s an excellent time to sell your home! If you've been thinking about selling your home, now's the time to get it listed before the busy summer real estate market hits.
