August 2017 Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Statistics

The Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Report for August 2017

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® for August 2017, the Colorado Springs real estate market is hotter than ever.

The Bottom line:

August is the month when we see a typical shift from the Summer to Fall season. The Days on the Market and List to Sold Price Ration show the activity from all of the contracts written in the end of Summer, while the New Listing stat shows the slow down in current activity for the Fall season. It's the natural progression of our selling season, but our stats are still very impressive for this time of year.
