According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® for August 2019, the Colorado Springs real estate market is doing great.

The Bottom line:

This July had nearly the exact same amount of homes sold as we did at this time last.

  • Sold Listings: 1,542 (Up +0.9% from last year)
  • Total Active Listings: 2,194 (Down -9.2% from last year)
  • Median Sales Price: $330,000 (Up +4.8% from last year)
  • List To Sold Price Ratio: 99.6% (Up +0.1% from last year)
  • Days on the Market: 22 Days (Down -15.4% from last year)
