The Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Insider Report for January 2019

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® for January 2019, the Colorado Springs real estate market is showing signs of slowing down.

The Bottom line:

The most interesting statistic is that we now have over 30% more homes on the market, as compared to last year. This should keep home prices from getting out of control this Summer.

Let's take a look at the January 2019 real estate market for Colorado Springs:

  • New Listings: 1,250 Up +7.5% from last year)
  • Sold Listings: 903 (Down -3.8% from last year)
  • Total Active Listings: 1,616 (Up +30.7% from last year)
  • Median Sales Price: $303,450 (Up +2.9% from last year)
  • List To Sold Price Ratio: 99.0% (Down -0.1% from last year)
  • Days on the Market: 46 Days (Up 54.5% from last year)
