Holland Park is a charming neighborhood located on the West side of Colorado Springs, between Centennial Blvd and N Chestnut Street to the East and West. It's bordered by Garden of the Gods Rd and W Fillmore Street to the North and South. This neighborhood was developed around Jackson Elementary School and Jackson Park at the heart of the community. It also includes Douglas Creek Open Space, a 22-acre park with a mile long trail.
Holland Park becomes more desirable every year. The old charm of the area, mixed with its prime location and the mature trees create a warm feeling unlike any other neighborhood in the area. Most of the homes in Holland Park are between 1,000 to 3,000 square feet in size and were built between the 1960s to 1980s.
