More Information About Meridian Ranch

Meridian Ranch is one of the most popular neighborhoods in El Paso County. There are well over 3,000 homes in this large community, with another 2,000 homes being planned in future developments. This is one of the premier neighborhoods in the Colorado Springs area.

Outdoor activities are a big part of this neighborhood. There are over 24 miles of trails running throughout Meridian Ranch. You can find a map of these trails here. Some courses include paved walking paths, while others are dirt and gravel trails for bikes.

Meridian Ranch has many parks, including The Greens, Fairway Heights, Double Eagle, Stonebridge, Longview, The Vistas, Winding Walk, and Rolling Hills Park. Falcon Regional Park is over 215 acres with a dog park, multiple baseball fields, and many future development plans.

The Meridian Ranch Recreation Center is a prized gem in this community. It is a 42,000-square-foot building with a complete workout area, an indoor and outdoor pool, basketball courts, exercise classes, and more. This recreation center rivals almost any other in El Paso County.

This neighborhood is located on the edge of town in Falcon but has its own shopping. The Shops at Meridian Ranch are located at the neighborhood entrance by Londonderry Drive. This commercial complex has bars, restaurants, pet grooming, and more. There are more plans for additional commercial developments coming soon.

The Antler Creek Golf Course is the longest in Colorado, just over 8,000 yards. They offer daily rates, so you do not have to be a member to use the course. There is also a steakhouse and bar in the main building. Part of this golf course winds through the neighborhood of Woodmen Hills to the South.
