Great Colorado Homes, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), Great Colorado Homes, Inc. will respond to valid claims of copyright infringement submitted to its designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receiving proper notification of an alleged infringement, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and, in cases of repeat infringement, terminating user access.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our site, please send a written notice that includes the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
  2. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the site (include specific URLs if possible).
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. If you are not the copyright owner, include the name of the party on whose behalf you are authorized to act.

  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Great Colorado Homes, Inc. may share your notice, including your contact information, with the individual responsible for posting the material at issue. This allows them the opportunity to file a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.
