The bedrooms are non conforming but an armoire could be a great fix. There is a beautiful area out the back kitchen door, very private. Belvidere is one of the most popular hiking spots in all of Ute Pass and there is no parking allowed on the street itself for hikers so being right at the base of the trail head up the falls is a huge advantage. It is so beautiful in the winter with the crisp cool air and snow covered mountains and truly heaven in the summer when everthing is in bloom and you can hear the stream running just below you. Easy walk in to Green Mountain Falls for fishing, dining, bike riding, or just hanging out! You are minutes away from Woodland Park or Colorado Springs with all the amenities you could need or want. This is a sweet cabin sitting on the side of a mountain and you really should take a look at it!
