Paint Brush Hills in Peyton, CO

Paint Brush Hills is a quiet residential neighborhood in Peyton, just northeast of Colorado Springs and Falcon. The community is known for its large lots and spacious homes, many built between the mid-2000s and today. Most properties range from 2,500 to more than 5,000 square feet, offering extra room for garages, RVs, or backyards, not common in many nearby neighborhoods. There is no mandatory Homeowners Association, giving residents more freedom for parking and property use while still following local covenants and Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District rules. Parks and walking trails weave through the area, and the Antler Creek Golf Course and Grill are located just across Meridian Road, making it easy to enjoy outdoor recreation and dining. Many new homes continue to be built in the neighborhood, with modern ranch and two-story styles, some offering three or four-car garages.

Paint Brush Hills is part of Falcon School District 49, with students attending Meridian Ranch Elementary, Falcon Middle, and Falcon High. Shopping, services, and local restaurants are just minutes away in Falcon. Commute times to downtown Colorado Springs or Peterson Space Force Base are reasonable, and the area is also convenient for military families and those working at Schriever Space Force Base. There is a Metropolitan District fee that covers water and limited community maintenance.  Paint Brush Hills allows residents to keep backyard chickens on many lots, a rare option in newer Colorado neighborhoods. For those who love open space and fewer restrictions but still want neighborhood perks, Paint Brush Hills offers some of the best value in the region.
